Half-Sudanese himself (on his father’s side), Oddisee discusses “The Times” with an emphasis on Southern Sudan’s recent vote to split and form a new nation. This is personal for him, and accompanied by Apollo Brown’s fitting instrumental, and Oddisee’s point of view, “The Times” is something that is truly special."
